I love popping in Soulfood when I have an hour spare to wander around. I always feel inspired by all the fresh, healthy and organic groceries feel somewhat warm and fuzzy inside whenever I leave with an armful of fresh produce.
Be warned though that you will not be offered a bag at Soulfood so do bring your own mesh bag for items. I also found that sometimes the vegetables can look abit sad and brown but obviously this is what real, honest produce looks like.
It is also through Soulfood that I have discovered Goodnight Drink, a herbal liquid that has helped me with my ongoing insomnia.
