    I have been going to this clinic for many years and the reception staff are really nice. I never have to wait long for an appointment, they have plenty of doctors who are all fantastic.

    Very rude staff, after finding out i was a new patient, was immediately told they were booked out and they dont bulk bill. Implying I would not want to pay?

    Reception staff - very caring and always offer a smile on arrival, which is very welcoming. A smile can make all the difference to a person who is not feeling on top of the world. Always willing to assist with whatever you need.
    Doctors - have been attending this clinic for a few years and have always had the most positive experience. I have never been rushed during an appointment which allows me the time needed to see my doctor.
    Nurse - always friendly.
    Would recommend this practice as an excellent family oriented clinic.

    Choose who you see with caution. Some reception staff leave a lot to be desired. Quite rude to say the least.

    Not a great experience here, was a better practice years ago. Phone manner in particular is not great.
