Went in with the Intention of buying 2 new Camry's for our business.
after walking around the showroom and opening and closing doors and boots on the cars we were interested in for 10 - 15 minutes no one even looked in our direction to serve us.
I finally walked to reception to ask far a sales person where a staff was sitting. Staff was looking down working but knew i was there. then looked up and away from me to yell out to a coworker across the showroom. Co-worker had to walk over. Staff starting having a work related conversation not even acknowledging that i was there.
Staff then proceeded to start eating and apple while talking to a colleague still ignoring me at which point i exclaimed about horrible service and walked out.
as i went out the door one of the other staff members asked if i was angry because no one from new cars had serviced me.
Seems Like its an ongoing problem.
Will never buy a car from there.
