    The dentist convinced me to pay over $1,000 for 1 filling (porcelain inlay), but she left a huge gap between my tooth & the filling. Perfect place for bacteria & food to accumulate, thus requiring numerous (expensive) trips to a new dentist to rectify not long afterwards. Not happy.

    Highly recommend Dr Jenny Ling. We had a family appointment and it was the first clean and polish for my daughter (who has had some very bad experiences with a dentist), so needless to say she was scared. The doctor is very gentle and reassuring, she explains everything and lets you know what is cosmetic and what is necessary. Usually after the dentist I feel like I have been in a boxing ring but this time very pleasantly surprised. Very patient with children. I asked a lot of questions and received professional, informed responses, and was given the option regarding all treatments available. I could see and feel the positive results too.

    Normally I'm the type of who never complains about a business, but I was so upset at the way I was treated that I felt i should warn others. My first appointment went well the dentist was very friendly and when she suggested the prevention x-ray I agreed. The dentist told me that I needed to come back for some extra work, then I made another appointment. The dentist explained to me that not all the filling were very urgent and that this would design an optimum treatment. Upon my return the dentist told me you will have all the work done right ? I hesitated and asked them if they could explain two of them again, the dentist then very impolitely told me YOU HAVE HOLES in your teeth !! what else do you want ?? before plunging in my mouth. It felt like all they were interested in was taking my money and as soon as I queried any part of the treatment they were no longer polite. the dentist then continued to work on my mouth, being very harsh along the way, at one point I had tears rolling out of my eyes because I was in pain. When the work was done, the dentist stormed out of the room and didn't even give me any guidance such as how long I should wait till I eat next? can I rinse my mouth ? I sat in the chair and felt horrible.

    I will never return there again, and I am afraid of the dentist now !

    Just a letter fro great work :)I had a good experience when
    I visited Dr Jenny Ling @ Sparkling Dental- it was Pain Free,professional,
    clean, Smooth and Friendly. I didn't feel anything during the drilling and
    filling and she explained everything she was doing. I would definitely
    recommend Dr Jenny Ling and friendly staff. Dr Jenny Ling explained
    everything to me in a clear way enableing me to understand what the
    treatment entailed, I felt very confident with her. I would without any
    hesitation recommend her to anyone seeking a dependable, reliable and
    professional dentist. Once again I thank you for your patience and your
    excellent work. I`m not afraid of the dentist anymore! regards,Sharon
