    I discovered these guys at the home improvement show in Melbourne. At first, we felt they were great and gave us good advice. But then they installed our LG air conditioning system, which they had talked us into because they didn't have any of the systems we actually asked for, and in three years we have had two compressors replaced, the zoning function has broken three times and to top it off their system leaked and caused our roof to collapse and when we asked for them to repair it they came out, decided it wasn't their fault and refused to pay. Given that when the roof leaked it was at the end of a week of 40 degree days I would have thought it was a bit rich to blame rain and storms for the damage. Finally, their customer service is abysmal. You call to get them to come out and they dont call back or just arrive on your doorstep. When you call them back to organise a time they can't give you a time.

    Top quality workmanship and products, the workmen installed our evaprotive cooling very quickly , with very little fuss and very little mess.Was not happy though with the salesman who sold us the package, wouldn't honour original quote , but wanted $100 more after we had chosen them to supply unit.And the price quoted for yearly maintenance was nearly 30% under the actual price we received after instulation, rang up and complained but never got a propper reply.
