Absolutely disgusted!!! The arm completely fell off, took them in as your glasses are supposed to have 2 years warranty. Only to be told they wouldn't do anything as the small bit of metal that holds the arm was slightly bent and expected me to buy yet another pair. They were 8months old!!! This is the second time this has happened. I won't be returning!!
Bought their "2 pairs for $299 " deal last year, from INGLE FARM, ended up costing me $799.!! went to Specsavers Waverley Gardens today to get a pair of glasses repaired, even though I didn't get them at that particular branch the girls there couldn't have been more helpful. The glasses couldn't be repaired but the lovely girl that served me was happy to take the lenses out and put them in a new frame free of charge, I only had to go away and come back after 10 minutes and they were done. Wonderful service and totally unexpected, I fully expected to leave themread more

Spec Savers then rejected as not a fault, even though it was brought about by a defective nose pad. It seems if I had bleed more and suffered I could have had themread more
