Absolutely disgusted!!! The arm completely fell off, took them in as your glasses are supposed to have 2 years warranty. Only to be told they wouldn't do anything as the small bit of metal that holds the arm was slightly bent and expected me to buy yet another pair. They were 8months old!!! This is the second time this has happened. I won't be returning!!

Bought their "2 pairs for $299 " deal last year, from INGLE FARM, ended up costing me $799.!! went to Specsavers Waverley Gardens today to get a pair of glasses repaired, even though I didn't get them at that particular branch the girls there couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful service and totally unexpected, I fully expected to leave them ...read more

What happened was the little nose pad came off in use and lost. The metal prong began to cut into my nose causing bleed. As I needed the glasses I broke off the prong. Spec Savers then rejected as not a fault, even though it was brought about by a defective nose pad. It seems if I had bleed more and suffered I could have had them ...read more

City store. I really love the range of unbranded frames here but they have got my lenses wrong twice now. It's very annoying. Although they fixed them up I'm not 100% certain they are totally correct. Would not recommend.
