All reviews and comments are screened by our team of moderators who work around the clock. We publish, reject, edit and remove reviews and comments at our discretion.

We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

  • Don’t appear to be based on a genuine experience.
  • Contain swear words.
  • Contain offensive or derogatory material (including anything racist, sexist or homophobic).
  • Falsely or unjustly damage someone’s reputation.
  • Contain allegations of medical malpractice.
  • Contain allegations of illegal activity.
  • Contain allegations of food poisoning.
  • Are written by a business owner about a competitor.
  • Are based on rumour or second-hand info.
  • Include details of a current court case.

    I did start going to specsavers in Corrimal due to them haveing cheap glasses and contacts. The last time I ordered my contact they over ordered and they said they would keep the spare boxes for the next time I went in. I went in when I had finished my last pair of contacts to only find out that they had sent my contacts back. I then proceeded to order them again as it only takes a few days and the staff informs me it is going to cost $145 for a new box. This is strange as my last box only cost me $80.00. I asked why there is a difference and they said the last staff charged me wrong. I have now gone to a different optometrist and they only charge me $80.00!!! It was a big price increase and I was not very happy.
