    Customer service is shocking at this store. I set up a direct debit for contact lenses and after a few days they rang to say they had messed something up on the form so I had to go back and redo it. Then when my contact lenses were due to arrive they didn't turn up. Rang them and found out that although my money had been coming out to pay for the lenses they hadn't put my order on the system.
    After the 6 month direct debit period I asked to cancel the direct debit but still get the lenses as my health insurance covered the cost. When my contact lenses were due to arrive and didn't I phoned them and was told that because I cancelled my direct debit I now have to phone to order them when I need them. No one told me this at the time of cancelling even though it seems like pretty important information to know.
    The staff need some training! I used specsavers in the Uk all the time and never had a problem so I think it is a problem with this particular store rather than the company.
