    Specsavers Knox 10/10!!!

    Service was great everyone smiling and making sure everyone is being taken care of

    helpful as can be, i had a eye dilation exam today and was basically blind and i had a lady walk me to a coffee joint to get a drink and she walked me to the exam room and made sure i was comfortable.

    Explained everything to me, made sure i knew exactly what they were doing and why. showed me the pictures and explained what she was looking for etc.

    helped me with every option for glasses and spent time explaining why i need a certain frame, and gave me the best price possible for my glasses, and they had really pretty glasses at low cost.

    i always went to another optometrist but they are rude, no customer service at all, rushed me, my glasses were noway as clear as what specsavers have done for me and my last pair of glasses cost me $700 there and only $80 at specsavers for a better everything! hands down best experience and I've been wearing glasses since i was 2!
