    Polish was average, seats weren't shampooed, even interior clean was bad. No vacuuming down the sides of seats and centre console. All this after incredibly bad customer service of difficulty booking and calls not returned. Bad, bad, bad! Don't waste your time. Half a star was only rated because it wouldn't let me submit nothing.

    Not even worthy of half a star! Shocking customer service. I used a voucher I paid $90 for $290 worth of car detailing including full cut and polish - it was bad. Spots everywhere, I went home and had to finish it off myself. Also waited 1hr45 for a basic wash last time I was there. If it wasn't for the excess vouchers I have already paid for there is no way I would use this place.

    Terrible service
    Paid for scoopon for car wash deals, rang up 3 times, asked to hold for more than 10 minutes and cut you off. Turn up to the shop and ask to book in for a car wash.. they dont even try to help.. man is this customer service ? PLEASE do not go to this car wash .. i am willing to pay more for and i felt good about it.. NOT RECOMMENDED !

    Terrible Quality!!
    Paid for a deluxe hand wash and interior detailing, there were areas of the car that appeared to have not even been touched by a cloth or water, they completely missed the boot of the car in the vacuuming, didn't dry the windows properly so there were water spots. You'd think it would have been so much better considering they charged me extra for a wagon as its a "large vehicle" and made me wait 3 hours!

    WARNING WARNING WARNING!We bought the same deal! Turned up unannounced and was told need to book 2 months ahead, despite the voucher saying bookings not essential and no mention of bookings required on Scoopon. Even more frustrating was thee was only a couple of other cars there! And when we tried to call (several times) the phone just rings out.
