    I purchased a daily deals voucher for one of their drive days. With 3 months to go on redeeming the voucher, we scheduled a drive day, including paying extra for my partner to join as a passenger. We showed up on the morning to a closed office. A portion of the group had cancelled the night before, and we had no idea until the normal lot caretaker arrived and told us. Another couple was there too and had the same experience. Finally we were able to speak to management, who told us that because we would be out of the country for the next few months, we could use our voucher for another drive upon our return, even past the voucher's expiration.

    A few months later we had our return tickets to Sydney, so I e-mailed them to say that I wanted to schedule a drive on one of the days advertised as available on their web site. Staff replied and said no, the voucher has expired, too bad. I replied back saying that management had agreed to let us use our voucher at this later time due to their previous cancellation, and that is when all communication stopped. Emails, phone calls, nothing was replied to. Now we are out hundreds of dollars, and I didn't even get the chance to give this voucher to a friend, because I thought I would be able to use it.

    For a premium product at a premium price, I was shocked at the unprofessional treatment all the way along. Buyer beware.

    A friend and I purchased tickets for a drive day from a generic daily deals site at half price ($500) and had a wonderful day with SCWR.

    However, post drive day I was told that due to someone driving erratically in front of me firing stones up onto one of the cars windscreens (on a number of occasions) causing a crack that I would be held responsible as it is suspected that I was at the wheel at the time and that I wouldnt be receiving my $2000 bond back. This is quite upsetting when you treat the cars like your own and with the utmost respect and the actions of another are held against you which are then further compounded by being told its just bad luck. What makes it worse was to be told I was tailgating which would be the cause even though on the day I was told on a number of occasions to keep up with the guy in front because of those very reasons.

    What doesn't alleviate the situation is the total lack of communication from the team at SCWR, even after two months of trying to get answers there are still unanswered emails and phone calls to be returned. As an experienced driver and very enthusiastic towards supercars I could accept responsibility if it was in fact my fault, however, this just seems to be an easy way out for the service provider and a simple case of profit over customer satisfaction which is a shame because on the day I couldnt wait to get back with my friends and have the great experience all over again.

    A huge thank you to Sports Car World Rentals for an outstanding day of fun. Driving Ferrari's, Lamborghini's and Porsche is a little boys dream and you guys made every bit of it come true. I will definetely be bringing a group of my friends to do this again..
