When I first met them from Spot On Reblocking they were quick to follow up and provided a reasonable quote and they seemed very genuine and friendly.
I decided to pay a deposit and made it very clear that the dates I needed the restumping completed by. They advised due to weather conditions they may be delayed by a day or two which is understandable.
As we got closer to the arranged date I had heard nothing from them so I followed up with several phone calls and left messages. No one contacted me back!
I emailed and requested a follow up and after over a week of waiting and chasing with more phone calls I received called to advise that one of the staff was ill. Again understandable but there are other people running the business and they should have contacted me.
So after confirming with them that they are coming on a new agreed date, a week later they advise sorry but they have to push the restumping back by another week. So Again I understand and agree to moving it back a week.
When I followed up again (so I am chasing them) again I am told sorry but we cannot make it to the agreed date! You can understand at this stage I am not happy and very annoyed that they have wasted my time after I had been very clear from the start.
In the end I had to get a refund from them because they could not give me a guarantee on date. I had other builders who are waiting to do other jobs after the restumping is done.
I was extremely unsatisfied with their service and lack of communication and I would not recommend them to anyone. So much time wasted and a lot of stress involved too.
