Horrible uncooked food. I tried a dim sim last week and it was cold (nearly frozen) in the middle. I decided to try one again today, had the same result. I will be contacting the Blue Mountains City Council food inspectors about this place that is obviously not storing food at the correct temperatures.

This is a wonderful chicken shop and they make fabulous chicken sandwiches. I highly recommend them to anyone.
