Firstly when I purchased a second hand boat which cost me $20000, was told it would be detailed for me prior to taking delivery. When collected, it was dirtier than when I first viewed it. Secondly I wanted to have a marine radio installed. Was told they would ONLY install a UHF radio, of which I dont have a license for, and would not install a 27mhz radio instead. Lastly, I have had the boat for 3 months, and a crack has developed in it. My insurance will not cover it as it turns out it was repaired, but not correctly. Springwood Marine assured me the boat was thouroughly inspected prior to sale. Now they have told me they will have a mobile fibreglasser come out and repair it, but not repaint the areas. So its now back at Cruise Craft and the $2500 repair is coming out of my pocket. Would not recommend going there to anyone.

When in to its new location, Fisrtly there is no off street parking, its all taken by staff. Then after 15 minutes of being there not one person came up to ask for help, even after the person moving the boats saw us there. Bit of a joke, but i can see why it has had to move to a small location. Very disappointing experience
