    We recentley had to use Springwood Office Supplies. Our company has a national contract with Very Large National organisation, and we had been waiting several days for some envelopes, for a important promotional mail out. I rang up to enquire when we should receive our supply of product from the other supplier, and was told that our envelopes where still a few days away,because we had ordered an an unusual product.
    We could not believe it, they where just A4 envelopes !!!!. One of the ladies in the office suggested we ring the Office Choice guys at Springwood. We gave them a call, and they called us back within 10 mins, to tell us that they did not have what we wanted either, but they had a similiar product that could do the job, we asked them to find out how long it would take to get the same product. They called us back in 15 mins, and they said that they could the exact item that we wanted, but a small courier charge would be involved to get it from a supplier whom was not their normal supplier. We where pumped !! The guys at Springwood, said that as they knew that it was important to us, even though they would be getting the envelopes late in the afternoon, that they would drop them around to our office even if it was a bit after 5 (we had told them we where working back). Sure enough, 5.40 the same day we rang them, they dropped of our envelopes, and we finished our mail out that night. The boss was pretty impressed the next day when I told him the good news. Even better, when we check the invoice, even with the $10 urgent courier charge, the whole order was cheaper than what the big guys where going to charge us. I suppose really what Springwood OS did for us, was what we expected, they just cared.And the big guys really didn't.

    A great stationer...they keep practically everything and when they didn't have something I needed they went out of their way to help me find it! Also just off the Pacific Hwy so really handy when travelling Brisbane to Gold Coast.
