    Great health store! Large variety of supplements, organic goods and friendly, knowledgeable staff with an open ear. Nice place for lunch too. I can really recommend the Quinoa Salads!

    Lovely little family owned business. Great place to stop for a coffee with two varieties of Jasper coffee beans to choose from. Wonderful range of organic groceries to browse and plenty of advice on hand if you are curious about some of the less common ingredients. You could easily do your full weekly shop there, or just pick up a few special ingredients.Also stock a broad range supplements, naturopathic products and deliciously scented natural beauty products and make up. Breakfast and lunch available with fresh, organic and often locally sourced produce and catering to allergies (gluten free, dairy free, etc) as well as vegetarian/vegan options etc. (and very reasonably priced, especially considering the premium organic ingredients usually attract at many other cafes and restaurants!) definitely worth checking out.
