I started training with Jai at Square One Fitness 2 months ago and I have gone from 99kg to 87kg in that time. The training sessions are fun and challenging, and i received great support with everything from correct exercise technique to healthy nutrition. One of my goals was to be able to run in the City 2 Surf, and with one week to go, i feel well prepared and confident that i will get thru it thanks to Square One Fitness! Keep up the good work Jai!!
