    Poor!
I have gone here because it is local which made it easier. But never again.

I'd rather waste the time and petrol to travel further to another shopping centre than to return here. The hassle is worth it. Chances are you will leave this shop in the worst mood. ( not to forget at the extra expense of having to fix your car when damage has been done and they won't view their cameras until you have police reports done and then have to wait on that....)

There are few car spaces. Even then they are tiny. Between workers from the retail stores, school students parking there and trolleys taking up car spaces your lucky to find a spot. ( also people who can't seem to keep in their lines)

Bank. If you particularly want to go to the bank go to another bank. You will be waiting up to 30 mins! Some ladies here will see the line to the door and continue to chat. With no consideration.

    They have added new shops.
    Hairdresser which are over priced!

The nail shop is located in the food court - nothing like strong chemicals while trying to eat!

School students are everywhere all day long. They are loud. Not just your usual teenagers either. They will blow horns, scream to each other and swear constantly. They are rude and in the way.

Teenagers ride through on scooters and bikes.

After staff in the centre are working all day its expected they would use the toilets. but maybe allocated staff toilets should be available. ( so the public to have to use a dirty toilet. If its their private toilet they might keep it more clean!) Toilet hand dryers don't work. Therefore floors are wet. So do be careful!

Trolleys are everywhere not matter the time of day.

The car park would be the worst and you can bet any parking with cameras is already taken by staff.

Seeing workers from several retail outlets uses the supermarket's trolleys for their garbage - Where we place our fresh fruits and veg, our groceries and our children in these trolleys is the exact place rubbish sits. Be sure to sanitise everything.
I think they should be like the other shopping centre where the cleaners have allocated rubbish disposal trolleys.

Staff in some shops seem so miserable or are just rude for no reason

This shopping center has come along a lot since I first saw it. It's been undergoing renovations and has improved greatly. With a larger Woolworths, the introduction of a small food court with a good variety of foods for sale, hot bread shop, fruit and veggies, Gloria Jeans, clothing stores, jeweler, newsagent, and some gift shops, the plaza now offers a lot more. Macdonalds and Red Rooster near by, there is certainly something for everyone. Plenty of seating, aand a great environment. The only downside is the parking area seems very small, with the parking bays small if you're in a larger vehicle it can be a tight fit.
