This is a very basic club, with good facilities and good food. However it is definitely not child friendly - not even for a family meal or to have a coffee in the afternoon like every other club. In order to get to the "child friendly if supervised by an adult until 8pm" area; you need to go right to the back of the club and walk through a hallway. We tried to walk through the other area to exit and were told off by a staff member. In addition to this, we were not told where we were allowed to take children and in the cafe area is a sign which says "do not allow children to run around dance floor or jump on furniture." Our two year old spilt her water (it was only water!!!) and a staff muttered as staff went past something about "...no children in here... That's why..."

All in all - we felt that it was not a family friendly club. Although as far as sport on the big screen, a TAB and lots of bowling happenings it seemed pretty normal.
