    I had my worst experience with this mechanic .I took my car for an inspection; they told me that I had to fix something wrong with my car and that it would have been ready the following day. The next day they rang me saying that the car was still not ready and they would have called me about when it was fixed. None called me and I had to ring them every day! I took 4 working days to fix the car and every day I had to call them. I asked to speak with a manager to whom I complained about, he apologized and gave me a 10% discount on the bill over the phone. When I went to pick up my car and pay for it there was no trace of a 10% discount on the bill and the manager that I spoke with me over the phone said that his "manager" did not approve the 10% discount saying it was too high. I have asked to speak with this other manager but they told me that he had already left. I decided to pay and leave. They assured me that he was going to call me the following week. None ever called me.
