    Terrible. Didn't even try to deliver the bed I had ordered TWICE. Communication was poor (non-existant) and no explaination was given. Worst part was my wife had to wait at home all day for them to show up. I actually had to go to the depot and collect it myself a week late.

    Epic fail in the customer service dept and will never use again if my life depends on it. Sat at home all day waiting for a delivery I had to sign for, because if there was no-one home and they had to re-deliver they would charge me, and despite 4 phone calls during the afternoon, all of which assured me it was on board for delivery, they did a no show. 13 number goes to a customer service call center and all they do is put notes in a computer and no-one calls you back. Today is day 2 of waiting for the same package to be delivered, it is now 3pm, call centre said they'll get someone to call me back and let me know what time the staff will be here, so far no call back. This is despite going into the depot and getting assurance it will come today, and the management of the shipper supposedly on the case for the missed delivery last week. I should be sending them a bill for wasting my time.
