In simple words: bad, unprofessional and unhelpful. Applying for our tax return was a very simple job. We could have done it ourselves. However, when the ATO asked us to return our money and said that my tax return had been disallowed after an audit, Statewide taxation did not even return our calls after calling them multiple times. Finally when we spoke to the staff who had done the job for us earlier said "they would get back" to us, and never did. We went to another accountant and got it all sorted. 99 out of 100 tax returns are very easy to do. When there is trouble, how unprofessional is it to turn your back to them ??? Please do not think that I am over doing it - its a 100% true story.
