    I had hair down to my bum, and asked for it to be cut to the middle of my back, beneath my bra strap. The haircut I received resulted in my hair ONLY JUST reaching my shoulders, and looks NOTHING like the photo I showed them. I gave them a front, side and back photo to make it easy... Obviously too hard. When I said that they messed it up and it was way too short they said "But that's where you told me, you wanted it short". I said nothing of the sort because I have been growing my hair for such a long time. My sister went here 2 years ago to get her hair dyed... she wanted it dyed medium brown and the staff dyed it black. It took her a further 3 visits to get her hair fixed, and they made her pay for it and wouldn't even refund the first dye.
