I wanted to use Stenhouse Becks for my BAS but both messages I left were not returned. I do not understand as I left my contact details. When I did get through on my 3rd attempt a few days later and inquired about the $35/hour rate, the person told me that it was just an example rate and when I asked what would make it a $35/hour job (as I can help organise my receipts), he could not tell me. If so, why advertise it?-

I am a wedding planner and a photographer. I am not an accounting person and I always behind in my paperwork because i do everything manually and i do not understand tax and the law.
I decided to hire an external accountant and bookkeeper, then I found Stenhouse Becks on True Local.com.au.
They are very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I bought the latest MYOB accounting plus from them at a very cheap price and they help me to install the software. They design my accounts in MYOB to suit my business and they help me to transfer my book from manual to MYOB which is very refreshing. They also design a report and customised it to suit my needs.
They lodge my BAS and income tax on time and it really saves me money for not paying interest to ATO on late lodgment.
They were able to advice on the small business tax break as i buy lots of equipment for my business and my equipments are usually very expensive.
I use them for a bookkeeping job as well. so I am free from any paperwork.
What i get now is a simple accounting report every month to understand my business better in a simple way and i am able to make a business strategy for some cost savings.
So now, i have nothing to worry about my accounts because I got someone i can trust. and i have time to concentrate on my business and get more customers.
I strongly recommend everyone especially small business owner to use Stenhouse Becks because they are knowlegdable, friendly, and efficient especially they offer a customise service to suit your business.
