I've been attending Step Into Life - Keysborough for about 4 months now, and it's very exciting to see how much my fitness and general well being has improved.

I had tried a few other fitness bootcamps in the past, but never really enjoyed them and have always struggled with motivation to improve my fitness, but after driving past their sessions on the way into work every morning a friend and I eventually went along to our free session, and haven't looked back.

Jess and Aaron are extremely keen and have done nothing but bend over backwards to meet my needs and ensure I'm getting the most out of training. More then just telling you what to do, there is a big focus on making sure you understand what's going on (in terms of poor posture etc) and they'll accommodate a program to suit you and get you feeling better overall.

It is a group training environment, which may seem daunting for some people but is great to push yourself compared to a gym work out etc. Everyone there is supportive, as everyone wants to be there and supporting each other is a large part of what makes even the toughest sessions enjoyable, and keeps you going back for more.

There are evening (6 pm and 7 pm sessions) as well as mornings (6am) which vary between cardio, toning, powerflex and kickboxing and your program will set which ones you need to go to. The sessions are well planned, well run and you don't quite know what you'll be walking into when you walk up to the table - but the variety is a hell of a lot better then mundane running on a treadmill.

I could go on for longer, but if you're even remotely considering it I recommend trying the free session. You will not look back! My fitness has already improved significantly, and I'm looking forward to improving more and more in the future.
