    Worst service ever. Took 3 weeks to receive a part that I was told was in stock. Not worth the hassle dealing with this business.On their web site they state Why choose us
    1. Professional Staff I dont think this is what they call professional.
    2. Reliability 3 weeks to receive a part is not reliable.
    3. Integrity I think they need to look up the definition of integrity as I received the exact opposite.

    Had the Stove Doctor come and install a new oven after reading the reviews here. 2 workmen came to do the job, wasted our time continually answering their mobile phones but they eventually got the job done. After that the oven kept overheating and switching itself off so we made warranty call. When they warranty people came out they found the oven installation to be sloppy, negligent and incorrect. We had to pay to have it reinstalled correctly, now there are no problems. Will never use the Stove Doctor again . Do not use them!!!!

    We had a slight emergency on Monday and after calling a few other companys who could not help me, I called Stove Doc. They assisted me as much as they could over the phone then made a service call the next day and had everything repaired on the day. Their service was none short of amazing. I am very appreciative of the fact that you care about your customers.

    After reading all the other reviews by past happy customers i thought I would hire Stove Doctor to repair my stove in my rental property. I called their 1300 number and my initial contact was very professional and informative, they came on time and repaired the fault on the day. Their service and pricing was great, just like all the other past reviewers had commented, I have recommended them to my real estate agent and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
