Have been here on 2 occasions and both times experienced very very bad service.

1st time I went with a girlfriend and took the option to sit outside under the heater. They took our order pretty quick but that was the extent of the quick service. Our drinks and meals came and no one came to see if we needed anything else. My drink was finished half way through the meal and I made every effort to gain Anyones attention to get another to the point where I stood up and held my glass up. The live music was about to come on and staff came to close the doors and looked us and said 'oh shall we get the bill?' I hadn't even finished my meal yet and was putting a fork full of food into my mouth and they went to take my plate.
I was made to feel like we weren't very welcome so paid the bill and left.

The 2nd time I went I had purchased a living social voucher. I rang to make a booking and they were more than polite on the phone and as the call was
Finishing up I mentioned that I had a voucher. Boy did their attitude change. 'oh bye then'

We arrived and I announced that we were there for our booking. We were told at the front of the restaurant to choose one of the 2 tables at the back and the staff walked off. We made our way to the back of the restaurant where staff arrived and said 'so you have the voucher? Red or white?' our wine arrived and was pretty much slammed on the table with 2 glasses and then they walked off. Guess it's an open your own bottle and serve yourself type restaurant. Was told the restrictions of the voucher and made our order. Very plain simple pastas but the salads definitely made up for it thankfully!

Using the voucher made us feel very unwelcome as we didn't receive the attention that other customers received eg water bottles or asked whether we wanted anything else. If I had a good experience I would have gone back again which is pretty much the whole marketing aspect of the vouchers get the customers in the door with a good deal treat them well and they will come back. Don't participate in the website of your going to treat the people who use the vouchers like they are under valued. They would have gotten more money out of me if they had asked me
If I wanted garlic bread or dessert. I really wanted dessert and ended up going to get gelato from a place up the road.

Bought a voucher for a friend but I don't think I will be going there with them.
