    WORST experience EVER. Horrible customer service, appointment was made yet STILL had to wait 45 mins to get seen. Was not given a choice of hair colour and was charged $130 for highlights you can't even see. When asked for some reinbursment was told NO since I was obviously never coming back. Very unprofessional, clearly not proficient with customer service skills.

    During my 3 hours spent in the salon not having even been offered so much as a glass of water, another client came in to complain about the colour she had done a few days prior. Obviously, I am not the only one with complaints!

    Highly recommend! I called up at the last minute and they fit me and did a wonderful job fixing a bad haircut previously had elsewhere! Prices are very reasonable and will definitely go back. Ask for Rebecca!

    Studio 190 is a very welcoming and personal hairdressing salon, Alysia offers assistance with any hair problems and has even offered sample products to save you wasting your money when you are not sure if something will work. She always is friendly and remembers things that you have chatted to her about on your last visit. Highly recommend her to anyone.
