    To be honest, I had great expectations of studio 9, however I found the management to be rude. When I had my hair coloured the top of my hair was a different colour to the bottom half, with a number of my friends commenting that my hair looked like a 'home job' 200 odd dollars later. I went back to show them the mistake they had made, which they seldom acknowledged, and asked for it to be fixed. In my opinion, them fixing my hair (given that it was THEIR mistake) should have been a complementary service, but NO not according to them. They made me pay to fix their mistake! So needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon.

    They saved me from a bad salon experience. A horrible salon in Broadbeach ruined my hair and it was breaking off by the handful. Luckily Lisa and her team have taken the time to methodically colour in the damaged hair, treat it with keratin products to try to stop the breaking, and we're booking in to do extensions to supplement the major hair loss from the bad salon.

    So far I'm looking amazing compared to when I arrived and can go without a hat now. They've been kind and are very well versed in fixing other salon's mistakes. I've heard nothing but rave reviews and look forward to my extensions. I would recommend them to anyone wanting expert colour advice, extensions and more.
