When walking past the salon looks great, busy and friendly. I was highly dissapointed ... went in for a blow dry and agreed to having a treatment. The head wash was awful my hair didnt feel clean at all, my treatment was a mask i generally dont justify paying for a mask when its not an in salon only treatment but i went along with it anyway as I wasnt fussed just wanted be in and out, correct me if i am wrong but when spending the extra money for a treatment service a expect a scalp massage if the stylist was in a rush i would be happy to have a quick one even if they werent in a rush its the thought that counts especially when paying for a treatment! The blow dry took roughly an hour for my short to medium hair ... which for an amateur I blow dry my hair faster. Some constructive criticism, I would of called but dont see the point as I will not be returning, Id rather let the public know about the service and my experience at Stylz. I was not the only one not happy in the salon. If you are going to be paying for an extra service such as a treatment the scalp massage would be nice, I believe the staff need to be educated more before putting them out onto clients which leads to dissatisfaction. Also saw on the computer I was charged for trim and blow dry when clearly didnt have a trim, I dont usually say anything as I didnt feel comfortable and just wanted to get out of theyre ASAP. Also I dont want 3 types of oils in my hair and it would of been nice if they stylist asked me if i wanted any product in, if staff wanted to sell products a good tip is explaining to me what staff is using and why it will benefit me. On a positive note the shampoo smelt lovely in my hair after the blow dry. I suggest future clients to speak up about theyre service if they are not happy.

HORRIBLE. Went to have my roots fixed, I was blonde (notice I wrote WAS BLONDE), and my hair turned out GREY. So I went back to have it fixed andwalked out with ORANGE hair. Considering I had HALF a head of foils... and NO blow dry or cut.. $150 is REDICULOUS and definitely not worth it when your hair is mangled not once, but twice. Don't even bother. Huge dissapointment.

Very dissapointed with the results from here. Had my hair styled for a special occassion, they did not seem to listen to what i wanted, or the challenges my hair represented achieving that. Walked out not very happy, and hairstyle fell out within an hr. Not what you want for $100....
