    Went in to test drive an impreza a few weeks ago and was greeted with a luke warm welcome...perhaps because it was Saturday and I was in my weekend clobber. They let me test drive the car...just. I then asked if I could drive the WRX and they cooly said one wasn't available--fair enough. Then I tried to make conversation about my needs but didn't get much back. I left without even a business card or sense of interest in me. So I went and bought a wonderful 09 WRX from a Holden dealer a week later. Great car. This business also needs to refresh it's premises. It doesn't reflect well on the brand.
