    Will never return to this subway due to astonishingly rude service by the staff last night. Apart from the "what do you want?" they yelled as we had barely walked in the door, the singular word of "BREAD" surprised us at first by their voice, then upset us as there was no need or necessity for the behaviour. We were not rude to them to warrent this, in fact the first exchange was from their yelling what do we want walking in the door. The store was not busy at all even though it was just after 5 on a friday night, just us and another customer at the register with another staff. If you want good service go down the road to the brookwater subway as the Redbank plains one is disgusting

    This store is clean and tidy and the food is great. The staff are friendly and presentable. Although the prices are high you know you are getting fresh food all the time.
