    Love this place... Not designed for fine dining just a great place to go with a relaxed atmosphere. Yeah they don't take bookings, but if you get there and it's packed, you'll be sitting a table in less then 15min so no dramas.

    If this restaurant has one the "Best Pizza in Brisbane 2009" the judges must have only had an opportunity to visit this one venue.

    As a signature dish the pizzas were a real let down in my opinion.

    We tried to book but were told that they don't take bookings and when we arrived the restaurant was half empty.

    Seated outside the Menus and Wine List were delivered and then the waitress promply disappeared for half an hour. No offer of water!

    When they did eventually appear we were expected to place our orders promptly as the kitchen wanted to shut.

    Still no drinks!

    Eventually we got some refreshment and then had the pleasure of watching the restaurant being packed up around us. Chairs were stacked and tables moved around us even before our meal had arrived.

    When the Pizzas were eventually delivered they were cold and undercooked. Presentation on wooden platters with a Pizza Cutter would have been impressive if the cutter was sharp enough to slice through the hard tasteless dough and meagre toppings.

    One of party was adventurous to order a pasta dish which arrived sometime after the pizzas but still cold and flavoured with the same blandness of the pizzas.

    Even the WA fresh truffles were stale.

    After struggling through the second class mains we decided that a redeeming desert would be in order.

    Requesting a Desert Menu we were informed that they do not have a menu but a selection of deserts were available from the refrigerated display, but wait, it was totally obscured by tables and chairs that had been packed up by a staff keen to get rid of their patrons.

    In the meantime we were informed that if we wanted coffee we would have to order it immediately as they wanted to turn off the esspresso machine so that it could be cleaned.

    This was the last straw and we asked for the check. At this stage the service improved dramatically, the best all night.
    Perhaps I sound aggrieved but you will understand my displeasure when you note that we left this restaurant at 9:30pm on Thursday night!!!!!!

      At least you made it in. We were asked to wait, despite a number of available tables, so we stood there at the counter for five minutes while the staff pretended we weren't there.

    Not too bad at all! They know how to put on a good coffee. All of the cafes and restaurants have a nice ambiance and this is no exception. Does get busy on a Saturday morning so avoid the rush by leaving your ventures until the afternoon or lunch.
