4th experience here... Underwhelming patronizing service, followed by over priced badly cooked food. Lamb blackstrap so tough, it was a struggle to cut with a steak knife let alone eat. Mentioned to wait staff, no follow up or recognition. Kangaroo entree overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting on the pass waiting for the other entrees to catch up. Fine dining prices, food and shire service sadly lagging.
