    Whenever we go to colonnades we go to this place. Always consistent food, good coffee and great staff. As mentioned before it has a huge menu and pretty well priced. Over the last few months we have taken our daughter there with her 4 year old son and even he has a kids menu to choose from. Overall, it is a pretty decent place and we don't have any real complaints about it.

    In my opinion the customer service was amazing...we were greeted as soon as we entered the cafe, and within minutes of sitting down were asked if we would like to order or to take a couple of minutes to go through the menu....the menu variety is HUGE, with options for the whole family.
    The food itself was of a quality standard, it came to our table not long after we ordered and I thought to be very reasonably priced.
    There was a mix of all ages while I was there, and they all seemed to be well catered for.
    I would definitely go back again and recommend it to all my friends.

    Consistently good food let down by appalling customer service. Slightly overpriced for what it is - a cafe in a mall. We were denied the use of a high chair because we were seated outside the main dining area, which we had done so as not to hinder anyone else due to the cafe being busy and us having a double stroller. We then offered to sit inside provided of course they could accommodate us, we were made to "park" our stroller two rows away from the only vacant table in order to use a high chair for our 18month old to have his lunch which left me no choice but to hold my one week old daughter who was asleep at the time we arrived the entire time I ate. Not comfortable or practical and certainly NOT family friendly. Despite having always enjoyed the food in the past, my family will never again eat there and I will openly discourage anyone with children to do the same.
