Online purchasing is meant to be "convenient", however, it turns out to be an "inconvenience". Does not state anywhere on my order that I was required to pick it up with my I.D. I sent my partner to pick up the mattress (we live 15km away), only to be told I had to be the one to pick it up. If their delivery fees weren't so excessive I would have had it delivered. So now I have to take time out of my already extremely busy day to pick it up myself. Not happy. Can't get refund because they get $50 of your money for a refund fee. The staff behind the counter are also not helpful one bit, they are miserable and its obvious they don't like their job. Won't be back!
