    I believe good customer service goes a long way and thats exactly what I got at Supercheap yamanto. I must have looked somewhat lost as I was looking for the correct accessories for my car and it wasnt long before a staff member approached and asked if I needed help. He then approached me as I was in another isle, looking rather lost and helped me out there too. He patiently answered my questions and gave me good advice and details on the products I was looking for. He was respectful and didnt give me the "just a young clueless girl with a small car" attitude and didnt seem to want to give me a quick answer and hurry away like many staff members in other stores. When I approached the sales counter to purchase, the young lady there (without me asking) asked me about the car to ensure I was buying the correct items and informed me of some of the specials and better deals I could find around the store. She even took me for a walk to see them. She showed me the new catalogue that was coming out the next day and showed me some of the specials that would be on if I wanted a better deal. I really believe good customer service makes or breaks a store and the great service I received here ensures that I will be returning in the future to purchase from this supercheap.
