I have learnt my lesson from Superior Automotive Group. I won't give my car to them again. Couple of months ago my BMW 320i had an oil leaking issue and unfortunately I was advised by Gas Sport Car to take my car to this place because they are cheaper than Brisbane BMW. Their investigation result was this: Change the "Rocker Cover Gasket" and "Hose Clamps" and it won't have any problem after this. They charged me $997.32 for this job as well as a simple changing oil job. The car was ok for 2 weeks and then started to leak the oil again! I didn't want to go back to them again because I wasn't happy with their work. However, they contacted me to go back there for half-yearly services! I told them I don't want this service, but fix the issue that I have been paid for before. They checked the car again and said it's the lower part of Gasket and not the top and will cost you another $650 to fix! I wish I took the car to Brisbane BMW at first place! Because if they charge me more at least the do the job properly and at the end it will cost me less! Goodbye Superior Automotive Group! I am not that rich to go for cheap services again!
