    Goodness gracious me! A week for an appointment.......what on earth do people do if they are really ill? And how is anyone supposed to plan their illness? Woeful.

    My family and I have been long term patients of the clinic. Up until early this year, this clinic was definitely very good. Doctors were all very lovely and knowledgeable bar a couple of them (probably not quite appropriate to name names), they really would go the extra mile for their patient and we were very thankful for that since our son was often unwell. However, we had been quite unhappy with recent visits. We found, 1) appointment - very difficult to obtain one with less than 24 hours notice, 2) service was well below average, staff seemed confused and they were rude. Unfortunately, few families around our neighbourhood in Surrey Hills seem to agree with this.
