    For a very well priced quick and easy no fuss or frills meal, or even lingering at a table outside in summer with a bottle of wine, this is the freshest, most trustworthy sushi place we know of. Their stylish restaurant, Mushiro, further up Darling Street also offers very fresh and delicious meals as well as a sushi train . Sushi is certainly a speciality - it's always melt in your mouth and far superior to most other we've tried at small sushi bars. We've been going here for years and really like the owners and staff too. They must sell hundreds of take away california and sushi rolls every day. It's extremely popular and a true Balmain institution. Great for families too. I think most Balmain kids have grown up eating at Sushiman or their takeaway mini rolls on Friday nights.
