    SWK Piano Man Removals were GREAT! After having problems dealing with another company who simply didn't turn up to 3 pre-made appointments, I phoned SWK and Simon was there on the dot of the appointed time! They moved the piano carefully and successfully up to our second story home. We were very pleased with the service, the professionalism, the quality and the price. The piano doesn't even need re-tuning!

    SWK provided the worst service I've ever had over many years of having my piano moved and showed no care at all for pianos or their customers. They didn't strap my piano on the trolley properly and then took off without finishing the job - they demanded an extra fee for taking it up the back stairs into the house. We'd told them about the stairs when getting the quote and they raised no concerns then.

    They left the piano in the shed, which I guess is better than their original suggestion of "it'll be fine if we just leave it in the driveway with a tarp over it" when it was pouring rain. Goes to show how much they care about pianos.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid.

      I can't see this happening with Piano Man. Every time we used them they have been great. As well as the piano,they also helped us move some heavy odd shaped gym equipment. These guys are very good.
