    I wonder if we purchased in the same development as the earlier reviewer. We purchased an off the plan appartment. Plans were changed after the contract was exchanged. there was a 10% reduction in our floor space. we were unable to get any compensation for this floor space reduction and loss of amenity. The developers obviously understand the 'standard contract' for real estate transactions, the only option available to us was to recind the contract with out penilty - an option that would have cost us a few thousand and gained us nothing. Would advise against these builders

    They stated the job behind and kept the same slow pace through the project. They finally delivered the house over 100% over time and then without all the requirements being met. not a builder I would recommend.
