This dental surgery has no customer loyalty what so ever. After visiting them for over 14 years- not just me but my family as well- they bluntly told me they couldnt see me for an appointment any time soon and to go to another clinic. That is just not on, in my opinion and lacks professionalism.

One dentist lost a drill bit in my mouth and then said not to worry. WTF.....what is going on with good service and customer service these days.
Lucky they didnt charge me for the drill bit too.....lol
