Horrible customer service
The staff did not even look up at me when they were speaking to me, continued their chat with one of other colleagues for about 10 more minutes after I had arrived, clearly not work related.
They didn't even apologize for the delay, their tone when she spoke to me was horrible, as if they didn't care about me or my dog.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
