    They didn't turn up but claimed they did. Then when we rescheduled they turned up late and took 3 times as long as they were supposed to, and didn't complete the job. Worst of all they will do nothing to compromise with you, they only install at certain times, and if it's not good for you then it's too bad. Do not used..

    Just stopping by to say my thanks to the staff of Sydney blinds, Im glad I checked and purchased the blind that I have. The blind really look so good in my place, i was able to customize the blinds shapes.. Best wishes to you.

    Do NOT deal with this company - we ordered 2 blinds, both arrived the wrong size, even though we had people out on several occasions to measure. The staff is rude and unprofessional and could not care less. Noone calls back, installers and measurers just don't show, and they never give a time when they will come (you can call and ask on the day - just don't make the mistake and rely on what they say). Overall absolutely horrible experience, wish I would have never dealt with them. Needless to say we are still missing a blind even though we have paid 80% of the overall amount. What a disgraceful company!

    Blinds were beautiful, exactly what I wanted and were almost half the price of our high street retailer. I'm will be ordering blinds for the whole house over the next few months and will buy them all from Sydney Blinds.

    Btw i had a smooth transaction and had given free measurement and installation!

    My shutters are cool and the order was filled promptly. They came to my pad for quoting and in just a few weeks they were back for the installation. Now the shutters are up and my kitchen window looks far bettet than before! Good purchase.

    Price was great and shutters were great. They came very well packaged and a few days early. I ordered cafe style shutters, the process from ordering on the phone through quoting and installation was smooth, they even offered their help in fixing the loose wood outside! They are an eye catching feature. I have recommended your company to friends.

    We needed blinds for our family room and decided to go with Sydney Blinds after seeing their advertising. It was SO easy to order and they came out and measured the windows, also they installed them on schedule. The color is perfect as well as the quality. My first experience with them was great.     My shutters are very nice, elegant and the order was filled promptly. They came to our house for quoting and in just a few weeks they were back for the installation. Now the shutters are up nicely and our kitchen window looks far greater than before! This is my second purchase from Sydney Blinds!

    Absolutely terrible! We ordered blinds, screens doors and flyscreens with Sydney Blinds & Screens in December 2012. When the installer came to do the fit-out they did not have all the materials. It has now been 3 months and Sydney Blinds have not completed our job. We have on three separate occasions taken time off work and had installers not turn up. Sydney Blinds didn't even bother to call and tell me. I had to call them to find out that the installer had either resigned, didn't like travelling to my area (inner city) or was stuck at another job. I have now lodged a formal complaint with the NSW Dept of Fair Trading, as Sydney Blinds simply will not complete my installation. I don't write reviews usually, but am completely frustrated and disappointed with Sydney Blinds and Screens I don't wish my experience onto anyone. Shop around.

    I dont usually write reviews on good service because frankly these days it doesnt happen very often, but I felt compelled to write to you as I am so impressed with the range of blinds in your showroom, and with the really helpful salespeople there. My whole experience was a very good one, great value offered and extremely prompt reliable delivery. On top of that the blinds are great too. I will be using you again! -M

    You guys at Sydney Blinds are super! Youve made another customer happy. When I left your showroom at Prospect a had a smile on my face. You filled my head with a lot of ideas during my visit. That is one reason why I ended buying your products, it was clear to me that I would be getting my moneys worth!

    We received the first part of my order last week, we still have another coming, however I wanted to say my girl was happy with the price, speed, quality and ease in ordering our custom window blinds with you.. They were installed quickly, fitting well. I like the remote motor control, I think my girlfriend is playing with it a bit too much! :)

    I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your blinds. Your installer installed all of mine today and they look amazing! Yay, very happy! Also the price was so low considering the quality is top notch! Was a little worried when I ordered that they would be cheaply made or will arrive for so long, but I was so wrong! I will certainly be recommending your company to friends and family.

    We were recommended these guys by friends who shopped around and swore this was the cheapest place in town We did a bit of research too and did agree that they were less expensive considering they also offer a free quoting. But don't get me wrong quality is still reliable. Only mistake was when they came to measure for the blinds, the window frames were being demoded and they forgot to take that into account. But they could have easily blamed me for not letting them know that Nope, they fixed the problem and cut them down to fit. All in all this is a great place for windows with good people and reasonable prices.

    The moment I stepped inside Sydney Blinds and Screen showroom, I immediately thought how nice and organized their showroom was. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure from the staff who seemed to understand all my needs. And here comes the best part Aside from the quality products Sydney Blinds have, their service was great and on time! Im quite impressed.

    Yesterday (13 Feb), I called to ask for my door and they promised to call me back. I had been wait till 5pm no one call me back and I decided to call. Unfortunately, they had gone for the day. And I call this morning (14 Feb), still same answer "I still can not find you paper work, I am very busy when I have found your paper work. I'll will let you know". That very nice, isn't it???? And I ask, do you have door? Yes, They have my door but no paper work. So they can not do anything, that's mean for a time being my door just sitting there? They said will fix it in 2 weeks which is 25 Feb, because i start chasing them on 11 Feb not from 1 Feb when they pick up my door. WTF!!!!!....Then from 25 Feb, they will arrange someone to install it again (when ??? when ??? another a week or 2 week?). From this stage, the customer service is suck...they have lost the paper work and try not to solve it ASAP....take 2 weeks for the paper work? Why not just call the installer to write a report again or just call what was wrong with my door. That is very simply job but need 2 weeks for this case? OMG!! If I never call on 11 Feb so what happen ??? Maybe need 3 or 4 months for repairing my door.

    I had to wait the quote for 3 weeks. The sales Rep is a nice guy, he explain everything to me. I am happy with the sales rep. And I had to wait again for 3 weeks to fit it to my place. I could not complain because I already gave a deposit otherwise I will go to the other company. And 1 1/2 years later, the door that I ordered had a problem with the lock. And I call them (16 Jan 13), they said they will call me for arrange the time. I been wait and wait for 3 days, No one call me. Then I call them back and she told me someone will come to my place on 1 Feb 2013 (that the only day otherwise I have to wait for another weeks). So on 1 Feb 2013, My door (triple lock) could not been fix on the spot so they had to bring it back to the factory. That guy told me it will be fix about 1 week. So I call to follow up on 11 Feb 13, the lady said they will find out with my door. I wait for a day and no one call me back. The next day (12 Feb13), I call again in the morning (11am) and i spoke to them, said they could not find my paperwork. they will call me within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I have to call them back at 4pm. And they still could not give me an answer. They said they will call me back before 5:30. Finally, they call me at 5:15 and the answer still could not find my paper work. They said, they will let me know ASAP when they find my paper. After i Hang up, I was thinking if they never find my paper work so how? Today (13 Feb), I call them at 8:30 to discuss about my paperwork. When i call them, they were very rude. Said they were very busy,they only can find my paperwork after 12 pm. And said they haven't lost my paperwork but someone have it but never gave it to them. If they found my paperwork only take 1 day to fix it. And they will call me back. So until now, I still don't know.......to be continue

    My girlfriend surprised me with these blinds. Great quality and he color of the blinds matched our interior design, so we are completely satisfied. The guy who installed our blinds did a good job, customer service also were approachable and helpful. It's a perfect gift from my girl! I would definitely order other blinds for our room, since this was put up in my new office at home.

    I heard a lot of good things about Sydney Blinds before, my experience with them is by far good and the staff who handled us were very professional. The price good knowing that they offer high quality, smooth transaction even got a free quote on time. The installer is has a great hand, Im very perfectionist but I did like his work. They also help cleaned up afterwards. I personally give the company five stars!
