A staff told me they would fix my phone in 2 days from a drop off point. After calling them twice in 1 week, i was told they still hadn't even picked up the phone. I was then told it would take two weeks, I was annoyed and said why on earth haven't u picked it up yet or tell me any of this when i called 3 times! The management then proceeded to explain to me how i should have better time management skills. They also asked me why i thought fifteen dollars was expensive and that i should've gotten the phone fixed from someone else for the extra fifteen bucks.Throughout this whole process they did'nt even bother to ask me about when all this happened and in the end decided to resolve the situation by telling me that I should "pick up my phone because I'm not helping you anymore" and then proceeded to cut the phone on me. I'm not saying I was polite throughout the whole convo (especially towards the end) but I don't regret it because doesn't deserve a well mannered person.
