    a very professional company (not). Their management didnt even talk to me to find out what happened when I complained, told never to call again. I'm more concerned that they have a poor customer / public interface both from a staff and from a management front.

    Hi Joan,

    I just wanted to send you a little note regarding our excursion to
    Canberra yesterday. We had a lovely day and i must say that we were very
    impressed by our bus drivers, they were both fantastic and made the day so
    much easier and enjoyable for us all.
