    We rang to inquire about costs for fixing a washing machine. $75 call out fee and $50 fee for every 15 mins of labour. We rang on the 24th April and needed someone the day after the Anzac day holiday and they were unsure of whether they could get someone that day. We asked if they could call us 1 hour before a person would arrive so we could be home. We got a call from a tradesman at 10am saying was already at our house and was not happy when we said we couldn't drop everything at work to come let them in to look at the washing machine. Hung up on us, rather than apologise and offer a different time.
    Never use this company!!!!!

    I used this company several times about a year ago, and should have learned my lesson the first time. It took them 3 goes to fix my oven because they didn't listen when I told them what the problem was. Then they came to fix my washing machine and when I turned it on shortly afterwards, it flooded the laundry. When I called immediately, I was told they wouldn't be able to fix it right away. I then discovered there were numerous bad reviews on Sydney Domestic Appliance on this website. DO NOT use them.
