    Have dealt with the team over the past 5 years. I have bought well over 5 cars in this period of time. The team is always there to help and always uphold their warranty. I have referred many of my family and friends to them and everyone has had an easy and good experience with them.

    I had a car accident last month. My insurance company told me my car was a ride off. So went car shopping straight away. Left a deposit for a Jetta two weeks ago with this company. I have been waiting for my pay out only to get a call from the insurance company saying they are going to repair my car. Not happy. Being a single mother with two kids I was very upset and needed my deposit back knowing that Sydney didnt have too. I just called them. OMG, they totally understood my situation, they didnt hesitate to refund my deposit today. This is the least I could do. :-)

    I just had the best experience with Sydney Prestige Motors, bought a car from Arnie and the service was great!! From the beginning of the sale to the very end Arnie and the team were more than helpful and i will be recommending them to all my friends and family in the future. Don't Hesitate to use this car yard.!!

    Ive delt with a lot of car yards and car sales people. Ive had my share o bad experinces as well. But when I talked and closed a deal with Arnie, it felt like im not talking to a sales person whod say anything to make a sale. Theyre more personal and wouldnt pressure you into purchasing. I recently bought an E320 with Arnie and would definitely go back to him when its time for us to upgrade again. Would recommened SPM to anybody! Two thumbs up when it comes to after sales service and assistance as well!

    You can hear bad stories regarding buying a second hand car which really concerned me. I had a problem with the car one month into purchasing it from SPM. They organised a tow truck and organised their mechanical guy to fix the problem straight away. Thank you guys.

    I recently purchased a Renault Laguna from Sydney Prestige. I live on the North Coast and invested my faith in the assurance that the vehicle had been workshop inspected. The car was described to me as having no mechanical issues.

    You could imagine my surprise yesterday after having the vehicle serviced to learn that the car was described as having, "many problems" in fact over $8,000 worth of parts and labour required in the short term.

    The service manager suggested that I part with the car very quickly as "thousands" would need to be spent to renew the NSW registration. I am grossly disappointed in myself for digesting the verbal description and not having the vehicle inspected. Granted it is an older vehicle, I was not expecting a perfect car although I was expecting an honest and educated appraisal - I am left to wonder whether the car passed any form of mechanical inspection before it was sold to me.

    I wonder if you would like to buy the car back from me? - as per my earlier email, I await your response.

    Hi , recently I had the pleasure of dealing with with Brendan and Ali from Sydney Prestige when buying my Golf Gti!
    I wanted to express my gratitude for what I found to be both a trustworthy and professional approach to all aspects of the sale !
    I left a deposit and they held my car safely and honourably for almost a month without any complaints or pressure ! When I finally picked up the Gti it was exactly as promised in pristine condition !
    When the AC stopped working Brendan was on the case immediately and had my claim under warranty processed efficiently and promptly !
    I do not give recommendations lightly and was somewhat worried with some negative comments on the internet... So I hope this bodes well for a car company and staff that I will not hesitate in buying future cars from !
    I have purchased an average of 2 to 3 cars a year in the last 5 years and hope this helps as a credible testimonial from a very happy customer!
