    Michael Wallenhoffer is the most consummate tiler I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is unfailingly professional: polite, punctual, organised, productive and diligent in all respects. What sets him apart from other tradesmen is his meticulous attention to detail down to the last millimetre, and his wealth of experience that enables him to work closely with a designer to achieve the best possible results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Michael recently tiled our bathroom during renovation. Michael's work was superb, and the bathroom looks fantastic. We have large rectified tiles which replaced small tiles in a small space. Another tiler told us getting the drainage correct would be a problem because of this. Michael said no problem, and did a fabulous job. Water on the floor flows nicely to the drain. Michael's quote wasn't the cheapest, but I am ecstatic that I chose him to do the work, and will certainly ask him to tile for me when I have more to do. Michael is a total all-round professional. He prepared the site for himself (which is how he got the drainage right) taking care that the site was dust-free before he tiled, chose grout colour that matched perfectly, he re-seated doors that didn't close properly because the new tiles are thicker than the old, and he even returned at no extra charge and rendered a hole that the electrician left to save me the expense of getting a renderer. Of all the tradesmen I used during the renovation, Michael was the most helpful, communicative and professional. His attention to detail is magnificent, and his willingness to help out and make sure that everything is just right is unparalleled. Thanks for the top job, Michael!

    Recently found Michael through TrueLocal - he was fabulous! Michael came to our home gave us the bad news about our tiling job - very honestly.... but also provided an alternative to the problem that would buy us a bit more time :) Michael kept in touch as to when he could start the job, was on time, very professional and the tiling looks great! We now know who to go to for tiling as we had been let down in the past. Many many thanks Michael.

    I used Michael for my bathroom reno. I ran into some trouble with the floor tiling and needed to complete it quickly - Michael was out the very next day worked in with me and had the job done by the weekend. Really good finish very happy with the work.

    Sydney Stile helped us when renovating our bathroom for our elderly parents. We were unsure of many things but Michael was very helpful (and patient!) and guided us through the renovation with beautiful results. His work is immaculate. Thanks for the terrific job, Michael!

    Mike tiled our home late last year and in our books, he's the BEST! He was very polite and turned up every day as expected. He worked quietly and cleanly and left no mess for which my wife was extremely grateful. My son is a builder and he thought it was one of the best tiling jobs he'd seen. Michael kindly explained things to us when we asked questions and if we ever renovate again, we'd use Sydney Stile for sure.

    Michael is an A-List tradie. We are thrilled with the quality of his work and also his punctual professional manner. We have told all our friends about his work and know that he has been engaged by some already. Our tiles were rather expensive and we wanted to make sure that the tiler we used would know how to handle them - we're glad we chose Sydney Stile - It looks amazing!
